I create wheel-thrown pottery using stoneware clay, celebrating the balance between utility and beauty. As a lifelong maker, I treasure the intersection of craft and fine art—where pieces feel modern and elevated, and there’s deep regard for work created by hand, not manufactured.

With brightly colored glazes and simple, balanced forms, I aim to make functional objects that feel joyful in their bold, modern expression. There’s an intentional playfulness in the juxtaposition of glossy, showy colors and the humble silhouettes they adorn.

My work is inspired by the clean geometry of mid-century design and color explorations. As well, the cultural vibrancy of my life’s travels, often interjects itself in the mood or cadence of my work, influencing color choices, textures, and the energy of each form.

Without sacrificing form or function, each piece becomes a small study in color, shape, texture, and rhythm—meant to be used, but also to spark inspiration.
